Data and purposes

The form requests your name, email, service of interest, preferred format and message; your telephone number is optional. These details are used to receive and answer enquiries and manage related communications. The server uses technical connection information and temporary rate controls to protect the form against abuse. Do not submit health data, clinical reports or other particularly sensitive information. This contact page does not create a clinical record or care file.

Legal basis

General enquiries are processed with the consent you give by ticking the box and submitting the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Where you specifically request information about entering into a service contract, steps taken at your request before a contract may also apply (Article 6(1)(b)). Security controls rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields are necessary to handle the enquiry; the telephone field may be left blank.

Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to answer and follow up the enquiry. It will then be deleted or restricted solely for legally required periods to address potential liabilities. If a professional relationship is established, specific processing information will be provided where appropriate. Antispam controls do not store the message text or create a marketing database.

Recipients and transfers

Enquiries are sent to the professional mailbox through the SMTP server configured by the controller. Hosting and email providers may process necessary data to provide their services, subject to applicable contractual safeguards. Data are not sold or used for advertising merely because an enquiry was submitted. Disclosure to others is limited to what is necessary to handle your request, authorised by you or required by law. Providers processing data outside the European Economic Area must be covered by the safeguards in GDPR Chapter V.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Email info@psicohipica.com stating which right you wish to exercise. Additional identity information is requested only where necessary. Requests are answered within the statutory period, normally one month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es. This form does not carry out profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects.

External services

The OpenStreetMap map loads when the page opens and shares technical information, including your IP address, with its provider. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Further information and links to their policies appear in the cookies and similar technologies policy. Purchase and social-profile links open external services only when you follow them.
